The Point at Narragansett

The house is amazing! I wish I could have coffee on the screened in porch every morning. The house accommodated our group very nicely. The beds were comfortable, the blankets plentiful for curling up on the couches or the hammock, and plenty of bathroom space for 8 women to get ready throughout the weekend. We did an in house spa day and the master bedroom on the first floor accommodated a massage table quiet nicely. The living room offered a gorgeous view while getting a pedicure. We accomplished two puzzles and it was great to have the extra table off the kitchen. Very easy to get into Annapolis for meals. Would highly recommend this spot!

My family and I gathered here for a weekend, and everyone said it was the best rental they'd ever stayed in. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The outside areas and the views were gorgeous. It really could not have been better.

This is probably the best house I've ever rented. The views are amazing, both from the deck, porch and outdoor spaces as well as the first floor living spaces. The house is bright, immaculate and feels fresh and airy. The layout is perfect for family gatherings, providing comfortable space to be together as well as to spread out when desired. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets as well as an amazing view of the super blue moon over the water. The quiet, charming neighborhood is great for walking, and the community beach is a two minute walk and great for kids. Pre-stay communication with Annapolis Accommodations was great, and all questions were answered promptly.

This property is perfect for a family or friends get together. The location is perfect with water on three sides and the best deck you could imagine. The kitchen is big enough to cook for a group and the long dining room table is perfect for group dinners. Great spot!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this awesome place. It's very much as advertised. Location is top notch for either a relaxing stay on the water, or for taking trips to downtown Annapolis. I hope to come back!

We were in town for our son's commissioning from the USNA. The location was far enough away to be out of the chaos, but close enough for everything we needed to do. The house was clean with plenty of space and the view was amazing! Coffee on the back porch overlooking the water was the perfect way to wake up in the morning. We couldn't have picked a better house and we hated to leave!

This was the perfect place to host Thanksgiving for my 91-year old mom and other family. Mom says its the best place she's ever been to and the view and accommodations made her "life". Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay on a much rainier than hoped Memorial Day weekend. Even though we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as we would have liked, the setting was beautiful and the indoor areas gave us lots of room to both spread out and big open spaces to spend time together. People were talking about planning another trip to the same house as soon as we got back.

Due to the pandemic, our son and future daughter-in-law, like so many others, had to considerably downsize their original wedding plans. This house and its gorgeous setting was the perfect location for our small family gathering and outdoor reception. The breathtaking views out of literally every window, the comfortable beds, spacious common areas, and massive screened-in porch and deck make this house the ideal get-a-way spot for any family vacation.

This property is magnificent. First and foremost, the photos don't do justice to the panoramic views of the water, from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Thomas Point Light, around to bird-filled Fishing Creek. The screen porch is heaven- cross-breezes regardless of where the wind is coming from. The kitchen is well-appointed and has all the tools to cook a wonderful meal, or just crack the crabs that you pick up from Annapolis Seafood Market 9 minutes away. This is a premier vacation spot on the Chesapeake.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The area is so beautiful that the pictures do not do it any justice. I would recommend renting from here again.
