My wife and I went to visit our kids at the Naval Academy. This was a fantastic place and we will surely be back.

Great spot, located near town and includes coffee!

This is our third visit to 2 Ritchie Road. Our midshipman is now a 2C so we're halfway though the journey. We have come to love this homey, quiet, comfortable place that is SO close to the Academy. It is perfect for us. We don't need anything flashy or fancy. The owner and property managers are great to work with. We are so glad we found this place. It's allowed us to visit our son conveniently, comfortably and affordably.

The property is convenient to Annapolis, and not far from D.C. and Baltimore. It is a cozy, two-bedroom apartment above a house in a quiet neighborhood. It's not spectacular in location or amenities, but it is very comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying in the 2BR apartment for a long weekend with our Midshipman. The place was very comfortable and quiet for us to hang out during our stay. Also, not to far from Annapolis or Arnold for some nice restaurants.Thank you,Keith G.

This upstairs apartment is an excellent no frills place to stay. We could walk over the bridge to the Naval Academy and even to some restaurants. Annapolis Accommodations was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

2 Ritchie Road is a reasonably priced, gem of a find for families wishing to be close to the USNA. We are so thankful we were able to stay there for Plebe Parent Weekend 2021. It’s just on the other side of the Navy Bridge, about 6 minutes from the Academy. There is a normal sized refrigerator, for anyone wondering, since it was not pictured in any of the photos, nor listed among the amenities. There is no dishwasher - so we used paper bowls and plates to cut down on clean up time. There is a good selection of dishes and utensils for cooking. There are 3 window AC units that keep the temperature very comfortable. The kitchen is separate from the living room. We found the living room to be a great place to sit and visit. There is a Keurig coffee maker and there were assorted K-cups in the kitchen when we arrived. There is an iron and ironing board - important for midshipmen. There is no hairdryer. The owner/caretaker lives next door and is very friendly. They love renting to Navy families. The downstairs was being used as a longterm rental to midshipmen. We would definitely like to stay at the property again. Thank you for making it available!
