Contemporary Waterfront Oasis

Beautiful property on the water! This property has all the amenities you desire and is full of conversation peices...loved every moment of our girls trip!

Gorgeous waterfront views, cathedral ceilings, original artwork throughout, one-of-a-kind contemporary architecture. Well-equipped kitchen, en suite bathrooms throughout, with an impressive primary suite, and a large family room with pool table and piano. It's a suburban neighborhood with a 15 minute drive to downtown Annapolis, not particularly walkable, but a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and several casual dining places.

This was a great rental with stunning views, and we have rented about 2-3 house per year for over 15 years, so we know “great”. It is perfect for couples and families as each bedroom has a private bath. You never feel crowded. We used the kayaks even though it was November. We only wish it was a time of year when the pool was open and we could spend more time outside. There is also a beautiful fire pit and grill area. The owners and Annapolis Accommodations could not have been better, even leaving a wonderful note for us.

The property was perfect for family. The kids swam all day and the adults had adult time by the fire pit each night.

Everything you need for a great vacation. Pool was beautiful. Each bedroom has a bath which is awesome if you are a group of 4 couples.

Words can't describe how amazing this house is - We had booked in 2 years ago for USNA Commissioning week w/out seeing it until we moved in for the week. The house is even better than the photos and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The spacious kitchen, dining room and living room was perfect for entertaining as well as small family dinners. The outdoor space and pool are amazing and we even got to see the Blue Angels practice right. Also, Lori and Kristin were great communicators and helped to make our very hectic week calm and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Place was even bigger than the pictures showed. Great location right on the water and only 10 minutes from downtown Annapolis. Recommend.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week. The home is bright and spacious, with a fabulous kitchen, large living and dining room with views of the water. The pool area is spacious and sunny. We spent hours fishing off the dock, and the house has two kayaks to explore the tributary. The game room is where we gathered for pool and movie nights. There is a wonderfully fun music collection of albums and CDs. The grilling station made for memorable cookouts. With so many places to sit and read, gaze at the water, or watch the animals I recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area.
